Neurodiverse brains are brilliant. They are able to find solutions and design futures that are beyond imagining… but only if they are not forced to exhaust themselves just getting through a working day that somebody else designed. Entrepreneurship gives neurodiverse people a vehicle to build careers, lives and futures that allow their brilliance to shine in ways that benefit us all. Brand agency owner and LGBTQ activist G Sabini-Roberts from Shropshire will discuss neurodiversity in business using their autism as an example, and shine a light on how different ways of thinking can be an asset to enterprise and entrepreneurship. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
